Playlist for November 2nd

This episode of Giant Lizards shall soon rule the Earth was devoted to promoting my chosen medium, CJSR FM 88.5 – which is a community funded radio station. You may notice that I play a total of two commercials per hour – this is because the vast majority of CJSR’s operating costs are paid for by fundrive – once a year, the station asks it’s listeners to donate a small portion of their wealth to promote the wealth of the Edmonton music scene. In exchange we are freed from the rather impotent will of advertising firms, and can play real music instead of repetitive top 40 crap. To demonstrate how this works, I devoted a great deal of time to the Canadian scene this evening.
